Welcome to Reading Youth Lacrosse!
BRINGING ONE OF THE FASTEST-GROWING SPORTS IN THE COUNTRY TO THE TOWN OF READING
Reading Youth Lacrosse is open to participants in grades preK-8 in Reading, MA. We accept any players living in, or attending, the Reading School District. Our spring youth lacrosse season begins in March and runs through the end of June.
The Reading Youth Lacrosse Association (RYLA) provides a structured, inclusive, and developmental lacrosse program for children in Reading, MA, aimed at fostering athletic skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship. By offering both boys' and girls' teams for various age groups, from youth beginners to more advanced players, RYLA serves as an accessible entry point for kids of all skill levels to learn and enjoy the sport.
In addition to teaching the fundamentals of lacrosse, RYLA emphasizes the importance of community, leadership, and character-building through sports. The association works to create a positive, supportive environment for athletes, coaches, and families, strengthening ties within the local community. By promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and a love for the game, RYLA plays a key role in the healthy development of youth in Reading.
